We are a full service litigation support company, we
offer same day service of process anywhere in San Diego or surrounding area. We
can handle any of your litigation support needs and will keep you informed via
status reports every step of the way. We are very aggressive in our process of
service and have a very high success rate with difficult cases.
Daily Route Filing Service - monthly retainer $145 per attorney $60 each
additional attorney in office. Callahan Attorney Services will pick up from
your office 3 times weekly at a pre-determined time. All documents are returned
to CAS where there are reviewed by experienced personnel and tracked in our
computer system prior to being delivered to the appropriate court. Daily pick
up is available upon request.
Service of Process - $55 service (area 1), $65 service (area 2), $80
service (area 3), out side of our service areas listed are $1.25 per mile. CAS
will file your proof of service for an additional fee of $15.CAS will serve
your process in the most timely manner possible. Our process servers are
registered & bonded. CAS will keep you informed of your case via status
reports through e-mail or whatever type of communication you prefer. Additional
Entity or Person to be Served - $20 service (area 1), $30 service (area 2
& 3)
Sub Service Mailing - $4.50
Court Services - same day filing $45-65 depending on service area. $5
each additional in same dept. CAS Files documents anywhere in San Diego and surrounding counties (see service
area sheet) same day service or routine service is available. Court research-
$45 an hour civil and criminal indexing and case file copying are available in
all jurisdictions. CAS will advance fees when necessary, said fees are due upon
delivery.
Messenger Service - $30 in service (area 1), - $1.15 per mile in all
other service areas CAS is equipped to handle any messenger assignments,
immediate or routine throughout San
Diego county.
Skip Tracing & Stake Outs - $25 per hour - CAS will perform
skip-tracing and obtain vital information on any person or entity you wish to
locate. CAS provides stake-outs along with photos upon request at $45 per hour
min 1hour & $2 per photo.
Service Area 1 - San Diego Proper, Point Loma, Del Mar, Encinitas,
Solana Beach, Chula Vista, National City, Mira Mesa,
Service Area 2 - Carlsbad, Vista, Encanto, Escondido, Lakeside, San
Marcos, Oceanside, Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Rancho Penasquitos, Rancho Santa Fe,
San Marcos, Santee, Scripps Ranch, Solana Beach, Imperial Beach
Service Area 3 - San Ysidro, Alpine, Descanso, Delzura, Jamul,
Ramona, Campo
Billing Options - Payment may be made when services are rendered or
arrangements may be made prior to services rendered for weekly or monthly
billing via e-mail, fax or courier mail. All bills are due net 10 and a %5 late
fee will be applied to all accounts after due date.
