Most process servers have some "skip tracing" tools available to them. Typically they have access to the headers from one or more credit rating bureaus or may have limited access to DMV records. While ISI also uses information from these sources we recognize the limitations that are inherent with them. We utilize additional sources such as utility records, landline and cellular phone records, traffic violation information, civil and criminal records, discovery and interviewing of relatives and neighbors and, if necessary, on-site surveillance.  From all sources available to us, ISI has access to over 6 billion linked records.
