Initial Small Claims - Recovery Package #1 - Filing Fee plus $125

1) We will Prepare your Small Claims Documents (your signature will be required),
2) We will Advance your Filing Fee, if necessary (additional fee will be charged),
3) We will File your Small Claim at the appropriate Superior Court,
4) We will either Fax, Email or Mail your Small Claim to you for your File,
5) We will have your Small Claims Served on the Party (One Party),
6) After Serving the Party we will Create a Proof of Service for the Courts File,
7) We will also have a Conformed Copy of the Proof of Service for your File,
8) and when we complete the package we will Return the Proof of Service to you.
9) We are willing to mail & serve the party with your optional demand letter.

1) FIRST, each SMALL CLAIMS PACKAGE includes the doument preparation fee, filing fee, court filing of the small claims package, service fee on (1) party only (additional parties extra) and when completed with service we will file your proof of service with the court or we can return the proof of service to you so that you can file the original with the court (if requested),

2) SECOND, you may add the (OPTIONAL) DEMAND LETTER for Bad Checks as a demand for payment and it must be mailed certified with return receipt (Civil Code § 1719) which covers bad checks for treble damages Up to $1,500 per Bad Check plus the original check amount. Example: A bad check of $500 times 4 equals $2,000,

3) THIRD, before starting go to our website at the above link and review our fees so you can understand what we will do for you or your company.  You will have the option to pay with your CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD or your PAYPAL ACCOUNT (if you have one). It is NOT REQUIRED to have a PayPal Account to Pay Online.

4) FOURTH, please go to Small Claims on our home page and then scroll down to: Starting Your New Small Claims Case: Initial Small Claims - Recovery Package #1 - Filing Fee plus $125 Small Claims Package.  Just add the appropriate Small Claims Package depending on how much you are seeking from the party, which determines your total amount since the small claims courts have a scale on the amount that you are seeking.

You may also add the (OPTIONAL) Demand Letter if it is regarding a NSF Check.  When you add the Initial Small Claims Package #1, a window will open from the Secured PayPal Website so you can check out and pay for your services.  There should be (1) one or (2) two items in the shopping cart of: (1) INITIAL SMALL CLAIMS PACKAGE #1 and/or the (OPTIONAL) DEMAND LETTER (if you added it to the shopping cart),

5) FINALLY, after paying online with Online with Secured PayPal Website then please contact us at 619.270.1145 or by email or fax to let us know that you just paid.

If you would like to fill out our downloadable PDF form for the Initial Small Claims then you can fax it to us by going to our home page and you can DOWNLOAD a Fillable or Non-Fillable PDF form to use and then print it, fill it out and simply email or fax it to our office for immediate processing.  We will contact you once we are completed with the paperwork that you emailed, faxed or mailed and to verify payment by check or online or by getting your credit card information over the phone.  Prepayment is required for all new customers.
